The Food Affects The Mood

Hey All,

Have you ever stopped to think that some of your favourite foods are leading to health implications that can in later life lead to more serious health complications. I am not medically trained, but I have researched the relationship with food and the human body. My findings, in a nut shell has shown that by maintaining a healthy weight and eating a well balanced diet can reduce the risk of developing type two diabetes. I also found that a healthy balanced diet that is rich in fruits and vegetables& whole grains and low fat diary can help to reduce the risk of heart disease.

Think wisely about what your putting into your temples.
