Today exercise is the plank, now am not expecting anyone to bend it like Beckham when planking or do anything like the visual on my blog post, but what I do want us all to do is strengthen our core muscle by planking everyday, yes everyday including Monday mornings lol.
Start by holding the position for 10 seconds if you are a beginner, don’t worry will all be able to build up and hold the position for 1min over the 7 days, the main focus is how you are breathing. Remember to control your breathing whist in balance.
