Digital Quarantine My Divorce From INSTAGRAM

I decided that I need to digitally detox from all my social media platforms as I found myself slowly becoming a part of the like views and followers culture.

I found myself over sharing and over following all with the hope to fit in when I know I am supposed to stand out.

Leaving Instagram and it’s heavy demands on my life has given me a freedom I would only understand when i switched off and switch on within myself.

I became part of the compare society which was me telling God I am not good enough with how he created me.

I was slowly loosing my self and all my beautiful unique talents to the like followers and views crew.

Am glad God brought me back to me and the reminder of knowing that I am worthy of just being me.

I finally decided to delete Instagram and divorce it for good. I have never felt better.

I know my true friends and followers will be there for me on and offline. But for now i am focusing on the things I love and what truly makes me happy.

: Sometimes you need to take a break from everyone and spend time alone, to experience, appreciate and love yourself.
